At MBH Psychology, individual therapy is all about meeting you where you're at and giving you the support you need to make real changes in your life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or something else, I’ll work with you to create a tailored plan that helps you understand what's going on and how to start feeling better. We’ll work at a pace that suits you, and I’m flexible when it comes to how often we meet; sometimes you might need weekly sessions, other times a more spaced-out approach works better. Either way, the focus is on what works for you.

Sometimes figuring out what's going on with your mental health and brain can feel like a mystery. If you’ve been wondering if ADHD, autism, or something else could be at play, an assessment might help provide clarity. At MBH Psychology, I offer assessments that dive deep into your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. We’ll discuss whether an assessment is right for you in our initial session, and if we go ahead, I’ll guide you through the process with full transparency. No pressure, just clear steps so you feel supported along the way.

Therapy isn't always the right fit for everyone at every point in their journey, and that’s where my workshops and courses come in. These resources are designed to fit into your life in a way that’s flexible and manageable. Whether you want to learn practical skills for managing anxiety or dive deeper into understanding neurodivergence, my workshops and courses are interactive and self-paced, so you can absorb new tools on your terms. Think of them as a great way to start your mental health journey or learn more about specific areas!
