Support That Works With Your Brain, Not Against It

Whether you're diagnosed, self-identified, or just wondering why life feels harder for you than it seems for others, you’re welcome here. Together, we’ll work in ways that make sense for your brain, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Maybe you’ve always felt like you’re working twice as hard just to keep up. You might have become the high achiever who’s constantly overwhelmed, the people-pleaser who masks through burnout, or someone who’s just now asking: Is it ADHD? Autism? Something else?

You don’t need a diagnosis to explore these questions, but we can look at that if you want. You might be craving clarity, self-understanding, or simply a space where you can be yourself without any pressure to be a certain way.

This is a space where you don’t need to mask, prove yourself, or explain the basics. You're free to stim, fidget, info-dump, bring your heat pack and snacks. Whatever works best for you.

We can explore:

  • What neurodivergence means for you

  • The emotional impact of missed or late diagnosis

  • Unmasking, burnout recovery, and self-trust

  • Sensory needs, executive function, and daily overwhelm

  • Navigating relationships, boundaries, and identity

  • The overlap between neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, and chronic health

This isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about finding ways of living, coping, and thriving that actually make sense for your brain.
