Therapy Tailored to You
Therapy works best when it’s built around your needs, and that’s exactly what I aim to do. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with other approaches, to create a plan that feels right for you.
I’ve worked with people across different stages of life and have experience helping with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and identity. I’m also particularly skilled at supporting those managing physical health challenges such as chronic pain, cancer, or women’s health issues, as well as those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Funding options:
A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is the most common Medicare funding.
To access an MHCP, you’ll need a referral from your GP. If you already have an MHCP with another clinic, you can still use it for your sessions here.
The MHCP gives you up to 10 sessions per year. After your first 4-6 sessions, your GP will review your progress, and I’ll be happy to help guide you through that process.
As well as the MHCP, there are also additional Medicare rebates for psychology sessions covered under a Chronic Condition Management Plan, Eating Disorder Plan, or a Complex Neurodevelopmental Conditions Plan. Click on each link to learn more about the specific funding.
If your sessions are about support after a traffic accident, you may be eligible for TAC funding.
If your sessions are about support after a work incident, you may be eligible for WorkSafe funding.
You may also have NDIS funding that we can use for sessions.
Low cost psychology support options:
I understand that sometimes these costs can be too high. If you are wanting support but can't manage these fees please do check out this link that outlines low cost support options.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, the full session fee will apply. Please keep in mind that Medicare rebates can't be used for cancellation fees.
Life happens though, and I’m happy to consider individual situations with illness or emergencies, so feel free to reach out.
