Queer, Questioning, or Still Figuring It Out? You’re Welcome Here.
Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or holding the emotional weight of being unseen for too long, therapy can offer a safe, affirming space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Queerness isn’t something to fix. But the world doesn’t always make it easy to live openly, safely, or without internal pressure to shrink parts of yourself.
You might be navigating:
-
Shifting or questioning your gender or sexuality
-
Coming out in certain spaces
-
Family, cultural, or faith-based conflict
-
Gender transition, dysphoria, or social affirmation
-
Queer relationships
-
Shame, trauma, or feeling like you don’t quite belong anywhere
Even in “inclusive” spaces, you may feel judged, misunderstood, or unsure if it’s safe to show up fully. This is a space where you don’t have to explain the basics. Your identity is known, respected, and affirmed.
As a queer psychologist, I know what it’s like to move through the world holding both pride and pain. I work from a place of lived experience and deep respect for the diversity within our community.
This is a space where:
-
You don’t need a clear label to be valid
-
You can bring your whole identity
-
Your relationships, whether monogamous, poly, kinky, undefined, are met without judgement
-
Sex-positivity, consent, and your autonomy are core values in the way I work
Whether you’re here to explore something specific or simply need a space where you don’t have to filter yourself, we’ll move at your pace, in a way that fits you.
Therapy doesn’t have to be clinical or cold. It can be warm, validating, and genuinely helpful. If you’ve struggled to find a space where your whole self is welcomed, I’d love to offer that for you.
