This is the waiting room!

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly juggling everything?

Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, identity stress, or the weight of expectations, it can be exhausting to hold it all together.

I offer a space that’s flexible, inclusive, and shaped around what actually works for you.

Therapy & Assessments Built Around You

The constant juggling, the racing thoughts, the pressure to do well; it can be exhausting and leave you feeling stuck.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, chronic health challenges, or working out who you are and what you need, I offer a space that’s collaborative, affirming, and inclusive.

We’ll take time to understand how your brain works, what’s getting in the way, and what support makes sense for you. That might include strategies, reflection, validation, or all of the above. We will figure it out together.

This is me!

How I can Help:

  • Build practical strategies to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Determine if ADHD and/or autism is present

  • Find ways to embrace your strengths while reducing the impact of challenges

  • Navigate life with more understanding around your health, stressors, identity, or neurodivergence

  • Discover a safe, affirming space to explore your identity, sexuality, and the unique challenges these may have on navigating life

  • Work on achieving meaningful goals and sustainable change

A Collaborative Approach to Therapy

Therapy should fit your life, not the other way around. Whether you need weekly sessions, occasional check-ins, or something in between, we’ll create a plan that suits your needs and goals.

I work flexibly, using a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with other approaches to help you find what works best for you. Together, we’ll tackle your unique challenges and work on what’s holding you back, while also embracing what’s working for you.

Ready to Take the First Step?

Let’s work together to break through what’s holding you back and create a plan for real, lasting change. Book your first session today and start feeling more in control of your life.
