Navigating Overwhelm is a short, self-paced video course (14 bite-size lessons; ~64 minutes total) that explains the basics of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in plain English and shows you simple, practical ways to handle worry, stress, and feeling stuck. You’ll learn how thoughts, feelings, and actions fit together and try easy tools you can use this week. A fill-as-you-go workbook helps you create your own plan, and you’ll have 12 weeks of access to dip in when it suits. Friendly, straightforward guidance to move from stuck to steady.
